OVER CHER
SOY BOY

Soy Boy is a drag creature, born of the blogs, vlogs and articles written by mens rights activists that perpetuate the myth and slur that men who consume Soy Products become physically and emotionally feminised.

Subverting the text of of Paul Joseph Watson, Soy Boy is a reclaiming of Chiron's sissy boyness seen through a trans perspective.

Over Cher

Over Cher is an interactive performance about exercising shame through power of Cher, encouraging audiences to share the moments in which they have been shamed for being themselves.

Blending lip sync, the iconic words of Cher and an epic dose of truth and hope, Chiron invites the audience to shed their shame and celebrate themselves and each other.

A Love Letter to my Transness

Commissioned by The Marlborough Theatre for TransPride 2018.

A Love Poem to my Transness combines poetry and song (a re-write of Martha Wainwright's Bloody Fucking Arsehole), to explore the frustration that Chiron's transness is often framed as something that is wrong, incomplete or broken within them.

MX
MX

MX is a new body of interdisciplinary artworks by Chiron Stamp, who has been climbing mountains to skip with heavy metal chains.

MX is a body of work – that includes images, performance to camera videos, writing, sound and performance - exploring Chiron's non-binary experience of the world. Taking physical and metaphorical journeys through their queer bodies physical and emotional states, its transformations and movements as an allegorical landscape.

MX interrogates the intersections of physical and emotional concepts of strength and weakness across the normative landscape of constructed gender and social binaries. An artistic exploration to understand queer resilience built whilst trying to navigate, traverse, resist and dismantle normative existence.
